Opening
NEW
for September - the Loft in Bedford. |

The Loft is
due to open in September 2009 ready for the start of the
academic year delivering all that we offer at the Luton
Loft and more. |

Xers and the
Computer Workshop are to re locate to 23-25 Brunel Road,
with the Loft being situated at 51 Brunel Road. |

Xers Donate a Bike
to Connexions |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The young
people of Xers donated a hybrid bike that they made
themselves from a push bike and a moped engine. |
|
|
|
The bike
which was built with the support of local businesses in
the area will be donated to Connexions to display in
their Midland Road office window. |
|
|
|
The
Bedfordshire on Sunday are preparing an article for
their paper and all can go and see the bike at
Connexions. |

Over the
last term all the young people have been working
extremely hard with their qualifications. |
|
|
|
From January
to Easter this year the young people have completed a
total of 384 AQA units between the 3 projects. 5 young
people have completed the full City and Guilds
qualification in IT maintenance with a further 14
completing 1 out of the 2 units and gaining valuable
unit accreditation. |
|
|
|
Well done to
all the young people for all their hard work over the
past term. |
